WITHOUT PREJUDICEFull disclosure, I am a very protective mother.My 7 months' pregnant daughter was publicly apprehended and grilled for approx 40 minutes by security staff of Priceline Wanneroo under suspicion of stealing. She was thereafter 'released', because there was no theft. After this incident understandably, she felt humiliated and traumatised by this event.Apparently, while browsing and selecting items to purchase (and paid for) my daughter was relentlessly followed by security staff. In this store, in the past week, there were reports of similar incidents where innocent people were followed by security staff, and humiliatingly publicly apprehended under suspicion of shoplifting. See reviews posted by Facebook users named jvmie, Foo Moo, and Theron Salbepaty.I asked my daughter, if at the end of her ordeal, being innocent, she received an apology. The answer was no.Mom mode now full bore. Tonight, on the phone, I spoke to the store manager to at least elicit an apology for the wrongful apprehension and treatment of my daughter.She was unresponsive to the idea of an apology. I told her that I was aware of similar incidents in the store and expressed that innocent people should, at the very least be afforded an apology. From then on she became defensive, refused to listen and talked over me belligerently and aggressively. I couldn't get a word in! The last words she said to me were I'm warning you

Terrible reception by the guard. Your guard need proper training and not to make everyone a suspect!, last time I went in there the security kept on checking as if you are a potential thief. Will never ever go there again I rather attend another Priceline and not the Wanneroo one. However staff are good no issues at all.

Worse chemist ever the manager follows people around and accuses everyone of stealing,the owners are very rude to customers if your browsing they post your pictures on Facebook community pages, they constantly do this to people of all ages and ethnicity I recommend never going here for your own good.

If only I could give 0 stars…Went in just now to renew my script with my sisters. There was a long wait so I told the pharmacist we were happy to look around and wait. From the second we walked in we noticed the security guard hovering around us - which was fine, we continued looking. My sisters bought a nail polish and waited outside for me. While waiting at the pharmacy desk among all the other people waiting, I was approached by the manager asking for my name and why I was standing there. She said she would personally give me my medication (weird but okay I guess).Not only this, but a staff member was pretending to check stock in every aisle I was standing in (obviously watching me).The manager handed my antibiotics to me in a bag and walked me to the front desk. Once I paid, I was cornered at the entrance by herself and the security guard. They made me open my medication bag, my wallet, every pocket in my handbag… she also demanded to hold my POCKET SIZED PERFUME AND INSPECT IT (it was literally half empty).My sisters came in to check on me and the manager then accused my sister of potentially stealing her nail polish too (she literally had a receipt with it).I am disgusted and embarrassed by this. Wtaf???? Take your business literally anywhere else. That new manager needs to chill out and get a grip.
