as soon as i walked into the store, i immediately felt judged by the sale assistants. then i went to pay for items and they were literally belittling another staff member… who hadnt even had her first shift! not very professional if u ask me. such a toxic environment to be working in. wont be going back there!!

I recently received great service from Mel, who was awesome and provided a first class customer service experience.I was pleasantly impressed that she remembered me by name from my previous visits to this wonderful branch of Priceline!The whole entire team also do an amazing job at making Priceline Riverton the number one store in Australia! Went into Priceline Riverton about 5mins ago asked 3 staff that were standing doing nothing and none of them were interested in serving me more than pointing in the direction of the product I asked about and continued talking to each other. What happened to customer service, non existent in Priceline Riverton forum. Terrible experience......I'll never return there.....

I purchased some makeup today and was served by Mel. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend this store if you are after a person who knows what they are talking about. I ended up buying more than I intended.

Yes this place has beauty products, yes this place will offer sales and deals and whatever as a Priceline store, what earns this store a 2 * review is the staff, holy cow the staff. Weekend staff are all young girls/women who need a massive attitude adjustment before they're allowed to work in the retail industry. As a store person in a shop like this your job is to be kind, helpful and polite to your customers; not to act like Every. Single. Task. Or. Question. Is. Too. Hard.If you know what you want and can quickly go in and out of this store: fine, go ahead. If there is ANY possibility you need to speak to someone, ask a question or in any way interact with staff... dont. Go to another store.
