Wizard Pharmacy didn't originally honour the warranty on a Vicks Vaporiser I purchased from them. I still had the box and receipt and it was within the warranty. They incorrectly told me that the manufacturer won't honour the warranty with them. I have spoken to the manufacturer and they are more than happy to warranty it even if Wizard replace it for me. Wizard only honour the warranty after I complained to consumer protection. Now I shop for pharmacy elsewhere. I may as well buy the products online, what's the point selling products if you don't warrenty them Wizard? I will continue to tell everyone I know never to shop in your store.

Worst customer service everMy partner stood there for over 15mins to be served to find out she had to line up in another que to be served the 2 staff kept walking past her and didnt even state how can i help or.you need to que over there the sighns are high up and not visible for people who have eye sight issues and for elderlyThere was also no sighn at the other deak to say pay here either. Rude staff will never be back

Stargate Wizard has been my go to chemist for at least 12 years. I regularly get scripts there and always find staff to be friendly, helpful and understanding. Being open until 9pm assists me greatly since due to health issues, I often sleep the entire day.Thank you Stargate Wizard Pharmacy

Randomly accuses people of stealing... they wrote a letter to my mum who was a regular customer at the time, in the letter it told my mum that she had some store credit, my mum took the letter in to ask what the letter was about. The staff immediately took the letter and accused her of stealing. My mother (a senior citizen) has never stolen in her life! In the end the pharmacist questioned my mum, and apologised and said they got the wrong person. Now they've lost a honest customer.

Hi friends I had very bad experience from this store.5 days ago I bought gauge swabs 3 packs and I use 1 of pack then I realize that don't need other two packs.then I went to store for return the 2 packs with purchase slip but the management said they cannot. the reason they said there is no issue (faulty) with the items the can't pay back.In Australia any where like Coles, Woolworths we can return items with any reason they will pay back.This is not fair. I hate this store I will not buy from this store in my life time.

My brother went into wizard pharmacy (stargate) tonight to buy some VLCD shakes. The lady who served him went above and beyond to help assist him! Her name was Jasmin, she was very pleasant and had plenty of time for him, she answered any questions and even gave him some of her own personal experience. This is my elderly mother’s local pharmacy and yesterday she asked for RAT test but was told they won’t provide the free ones for pensioners but she could purchase one at full price. Disgusting. She will not be going back there.
